I am looking for a new housemate to take one of the rooms in my lovely home after my co-tenant moves out. The house features three bedrooms (two king rooms and one single) along with a spacious living room, separate dining area, a bathroom, and a nice kitchen. The outdoor space includes a huge garden and a front garden. Dogs are welcome, while I'm allergic to cats. The rent is £1820 per month, and with bills, it comes to about £180 each depending on the time of year. Rooms are available from July 10th. I'm open to which room you prefer, with the front room at £970 and the back at £850, both excluding bills. The house is furnished, but the room will be unfurnished. I’m 36, work in technology, and enjoy a mix of socializing and quiet time. Looking for someone who wants to make the house a home.
