Flat to rent George Street, Aberdeen City

Description

This is a 2-bedroom first-floor flat located conveniently between Aberdeen city centre, the Old Aberdeen university campus, and the Foresterhill campus/ARI. Supermarkets, takeaways, and bus stops are just a few minutes' walk away. The flat features a bathroom with a shower, gas central heating, double-glazing, and has an EPC band C. It includes a small backyard with a garden and a shed. On-street parking is available with a permit from Aberdeen City Council. Smoking and vaping are permitted only outside the building. Pets require written request and approval from the landlord. The upfront deposit is one month's rent, held in mydeposits Scotland, and rent is payable monthly upfront. We aim to make the admin process as smooth as possible while fulfilling our landlord obligations. Applicants must provide formal photo ID, written references from previous landlords or managing agents within the last 3 years, or from their current employer on company letter-headed paper confirming permanent employment and salary. If references are unavailable, bank statements from the last 3 months showing income and outgoing rent payments will suffice (other transactions can be redacted).
