The fully equipped kitchen has modern amenities including a washing machine, dryer, hob, oven, and kettle, along with plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery. Complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper are provided. The dining table seats up to 6 guests.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, mirror, and toilet. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats are provided.

Parking to the rear of the property is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is also unrestricted parking on the opposite side of the property, along with additional on-street parking on nearby roads. A travel cot and high chair are available for hire. This property is pet-friendly, with an additional £95 hypoallergenic cleaning fee per stay. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available subject to availability.

The living room is set up with a Smart TV, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

This accommodation is on the first floor, with two sets of steps to get to the upper level, and is not suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Not returning keys to the key safe will incur a £200+VAT fee.

There is an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer for guests to use.
