Parties, events, and loud noise are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Extra guests are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise down. No shoes inside, candles are strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of energy usage by switching off lights and turning down heating when leaving the property. Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested for early check-in without permission or late check-out. Garden and waste management are professionally maintained on a regular schedule and may require access to the grounds and rubbish area during your stay. This is a child-friendly property, however, a travel cot or high chair is not provided.
This property is professionally cleaned, and freshly laundered linen and towels are provided between each stay. Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are provided complimentary for stays longer than 16 nights. Refillable bathroom toiletries, a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll are provided.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
