Step outside through French doors to a seven-seater hot tub or visit the adjacent two-story games cottage, complete with ping pong and pool tables, and a dartboard. Upstairs, the bedrooms offer comfort and calm, with five featuring private wash-hand basins, luxurious beds and bedding, built-in storage, and tranquil woodland or mountain views. Underfloor heating throughout both floors, powered by eco-friendly ground and air-source heat pumps, ensures year-round warmth and comfort. The house boasts three elegant bathrooms, natural stone floors, and a private sauna on the ground floor, alongside the large hot tub and an outdoor seating and BBQ area.

The property also offers a tennis court, a football pitch, a sunken trampoline, and a range of bicycles for guests to enjoy on the 22-acre estate.
