The estate sits less than a mile from the top of Loch Riddon in the Kyles of Bute, offering easy access to historic towns like Dunoon, Rothesay, and Inverary. Loch Lomond is a 35-minute drive away. The adjacent village of Colintraive provides quick ferry access to the Isle of Bute, and ferries from Portavadie connect to Tarbert, the Mull of Kintyre, Campbeltown, and beyond. The area is a perfect base for walking, cycling, swimming, sailing, fishing, riding, stalking, and golf. Wildlife lovers will relish sightings of deer and red squirrels, and with virtually no light pollution, the night skies are spectacular.
