Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am. This is a no-smoking accommodation, with a designated smoking area outside. Guests found smoking inside will be asked to leave and charged a £50 cleaning fee. No pets are accepted in the property. Guests are not allowed to have additional people staying in the room over and above the number contracted without prior agreement. Holcombe Guest House reserves the right to charge the full rate for any such unauthorized stay and/or to terminate the booking. Guests will be charged for damages caused by deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts. Replacement keys are charged at £50 each.
