Located in the West End of Barry, a 10 minute walk from Barry train station and bus stops, the Goodsheds, and a 20 minute walk from Barry Island. Easy access to Cardiff and wider South Wales by car and public transport.

The ground floor has a shared living room with a large TV screen, an open plan kitchen and diner fully stocked with crockery, dishwasher, gas oven and stove, a small utility space with washing machine, a full bathroom with bath and shower, and a patio/garden area. The first floor has two double bedrooms and one small double bedroom. The second floor has a double attic bedroom with its own staircase and small landing, forming a private floor.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, sofa, shelving unit, chest of drawers, clothes rail, bedside table, and an optional TV (old but works with a fire stick). There is free on-street parking, and a space is usually available outside the house.

The current housemate is moving out at the end of November. The house is sociable, but housemates should also enjoy their own space and keep the house clean and tidy most of the time. Couples are welcome, with rent of £450 per person (£900 for a couple). Bills (water, gas, electric, Council Tax Band C, and Wi-Fi) are split equally between housemates, approximately £210 per month each for two people. Pets are welcome except dogs. Please meet for a cuppa before agreeing to move in.
