The train station is approximately a 20-minute walk away, with local shops and a coffee shop around a 5-minute walk away. The homeowner is a professional and is looking for one professional lodger who is clean, respectful and easy-going. This is a relaxed, friendly home rather than a party house, so ideally, someone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live is sought. The homeowner also has a small, very friendly and affectionate dachshund. He is looked after away from home while the homeowner is at work during the day and is home during evenings and weekends, so you would need to be comfortable around dogs. Unfortunately, additional pets cannot be accommodated. Non-smokers are preferred. References and proof of employment/income will be required. Available from 11th October 2026.
