Description

Feel at home in this quirky Georgian courtyard apartment, located in the heart of Bath on one of the city's most beautiful backstreets. This spacious apartment is a stone's throw from the Royal Crescent and the city center, offering a unique and memorable stay.

The apartment features a comfortable living area with a 4-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, and a dining table that seats 4 and can be extended to seat 6. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, toaster, and kettle, along with basic supplies like plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Enjoy alfresco drinks and perhaps a barbecue in the small, private paved courtyard garden. A cot is available, but guests will need to supply their own bedding. For those arriving by car, the nearest public car park is Charlotte Street Car Park, a 5-minute walk away.

Please note that this apartment is located on the lower ground floor and has an unusual layout, including two interconnecting vaulted rooms without a door between them. The bathroom is smaller than average with a small bath and shower. The vaulted rooms were originally coal cellars and have curved walls, which may seem unusual to some guests. There are approximately 18 steps to enter the property. This is a strictly no parties or hen/stag groups property. Guests will need to complete a verification process facilitated by Truvi, which requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40.

Nestled in the center of Bath, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the city's attractions, including the Royal Crescent, while also being a short distance from countryside walks. Its central location makes it easy to access everything the city has to offer.
