This single-storey, open-plan studio offers modern facilities and uninterrupted views over the gardens, private orchard, and surrounding countryside towards Solsbury Hill, all within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The open-plan studio features a modern design with one entire wall of floor-to-ceiling glass and huge sliding doors that open onto a large decked terrace. This floods the space with natural light and frames stunning views. Fresh white linen is provided.
Guests have access to private parking on the farm and the studio is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. Pets are allowed, and if you bring dogs, please clean up after them and ensure they are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs. Charges will apply for dogs. Cats are not allowed at this property.
This is an adults-only retreat. There are chickens in the nearby farm, so please do not let your dog chase them. This is not a party house, and guests are asked to respect the tranquility of the setting. No loud music is permitted. No smoking inside, and please pick up butts if you smoke outside. No extra guests are allowed. This property is not suitable for children or infants.
Set in the village of Box, surrounded by countryside designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the studio is at the heart of excellent walking and cycling routes. Footpaths lead directly from the door, including a popular lane route to the Northy Arms, a well-regarded local pub. The Kennet and Avon Canal is also nearby, offering scenic towpath walks and further good pubs. Bikes can be hired in both Bath and Bradford-on-Avon. Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage city, is just 10 minutes away by car, with local bus and taxi services also available.
