The spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area makes meal preparation a social event, with a fully equipped kitchen for light lunches or full evening meals. The home features three cheerfully presented bedrooms: one double with an en-suite cloakroom and two twin rooms. A lovely decking area is perfect for relaxing.
Furry friends are welcome, and on-site parking is available for 2 cars. Smoking is not allowed. Guests have access to the entire property and decking area.
Guest verification facilitated by Truvi is required. Once your booking is confirmed, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link with instructions. Verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card, with a choice of a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or a non-refundable GBP 40 damage waiver. Check-in information is provided after successful verification. Any deposit is refunded after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
The holiday home lies within Moffat Manor Country Park, with views across the grounds. The park has its own Loch, stocked with Rainbow Trout and free to fish on a catch and return basis, along with woodland walks and plenty of space for children to roam. Moffat town is a 10-minute drive away, and the Grey Mare's Tail waterfall is nearby.
