Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Events are allowed, but parties and large gatherings require prior permission. The apartment is suitable for children and infants. Only guests included in the booking may stay overnight unless agreed in advance. Check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed.
