Given the central location in BT1, some noise may be present. Hair straighteners or curling irons should not be placed directly on carpets or soft furnishings; heat-resistant pads are provided in each bedroom. Burnt marks found in the carpet will result in a £250 damage fee. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. For guests without reviews, please add Airbnb profiles of all other guests staying.
