This strict policy is in place as it is a residential area and to avoid disturbing neighbors. The property management team is available 24/7 via email or phone for assistance. Guests are required to complete verification facilitated by Truvi, which involves providing a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Situated in the Sailortown area of the city center, this apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the best shopping, bars, restaurants, and cafes in the city, and within easy walking distance to most tourist attractions. It's also a lovely 10-minute riverside stroll from the most amazing part of the city and close to the Cathedral Quarter, known for Belfast's famous bars, restaurants, music venues, and theatres. The American bar, offering great beers and food, is just around the corner. Major attractions like the Titanic Museum, City Hall, and Crumlin Gaol are walkable, and taxis or Ubers are readily available. The open-top tourist bus also stops very close by. Additionally, it's a 7-minute walk from Yorkgate station, making trips to the north coast convenient.
