Please be aware that due to the proximity of neighbors, parties, excess noise, and additional guests without permission are strictly prohibited. Smoking is also strictly forbidden, and a fine of £300 will be charged if discovered. Check-in is from 3pm onwards, and check-out is before 11am. A charge will be applied for unauthorized late checkout or early check-in. Lost property can be shipped for a fee. A guest verification process is required upon booking, which involves a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can opt for a refundable GBP 500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Nestled within a peaceful, gated community, this apartment is just minutes on foot from Queens University. It's also close to Ormeau Park and the Botanic Gardens, perfect for leisurely strolls. The surrounding area boasts some of Belfast's best bars, cafes, and restaurants, including popular spots like Bo Tree Kitchen, Madame Pho, and Falafel on Botanic Avenue. The city center is a short 15-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride away.
