Bills are usually around £200 to £250 each per month, and the flat is available from 8th December. The outgoing flatmate is leaving to buy their own property. Council tax applies, so the flat is suited to a working professional or someone able to cover their share of the bill. The household is kept drug-free and away from heavy drinking, and a halal, vegetarian or vegan diet, or at least respect for keeping food clean and separate, is preferred.
