Smoking is not permitted, and extra guests are not allowed. Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm. Check-out is strictly 11 am; a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late check-outs. You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay by not following house rules, and you will be liable for any refunds given to any guests due to any negative experience caused by your damages. Please be aware that the lift is currently out of service; the repairs are complex so it may take longer than usual to be fixed. Access to the property will be via the stairs until further notice.
