This is a quiet and relaxed household with a live-in landlord in their late 50s and one other lodger in his early sixties. They are sociable but respectful of each other's space. Students and working professionals are welcome.

House rules include: no couples, smoking is permitted outside only (vaping is fine), and pets are negotiable. All housemates are expected to clean up after themselves, with the main household cleaning handled by the landlord.
