We have two rooms available in our four-bedroom house. We are two professionals, aged 26-28, looking for new housemates. We work from home four days a week and enjoy hobbies like music, reading, gym, films, food, hiking, and gaming. We prefer two people moving in together, ideally women, and are not suitable for students. The house features two living rooms (one with a sofa bed), a kitchen with a gas cooker and two fridges, one bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a basement with a washer and dryer. Rent is £330 per month, including Council Tax, with bills around £100 per person. A deposit of £330 is required per room. Smoking is allowed, but no pets. References are required. The rooms are available now with no minimum or maximum term.
