Stirchley is a great place to live with a good mix of people, young professionals, some students, families and older people; it is a vibrant area with lots of new and interesting places, cafes, independent shops, micro breweries, bars and pubs. Bournville is greener with lots of parks and open spaces. It is a great house, recently decorated and fully furnished to a good standard with mainly IKEA furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchen and both a lounge and separate dining room. It also has the benefit of both a shower room and an additional bathroom with bath and WC.
