We are a couple (m/f) offering two furnished rooms in our home. There is a choice between two rooms on the middle floor, and we have a large communal kitchen. The bathroom is shared with one other person, as we have a separate one on the top floor. We are close to bus and rail links and all amenities. All bills are included in the rent.
This is a house share with a total of 4 rooms. The current household consists of 2 people aged between 35 and 65. They are non-smokers, have no pets, and are professionals. Their interests include music, cooking, walking, TV, Netflix, gardening, history, culture, meeting new people, holidays, meals out, and conversation. The current household has 1 female and 1 male.
New housemate preferences: Couples are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not suitable. Occupation is available to all. References are required. The minimum age is 20 and the maximum age is 55. There is no gender preference for new housemates.
