I’m a 48-year-old male, non-smoker, and I enjoy music, running, cycling, cinema, and pool. Couples are not allowed, and smoking is permitted. The ideal housemate should be aged between 30 and 50. There’s no deposit required, and all bills are included. The room will be available from August 15, 2026, for a minimum of six months.
