The private bedroom features Alexa-controlled lighting, a Super King size double bed, a large flat-screen TV, a dressing table with stool, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom includes a Mira state-of-the-art electronic rain shower with handheld attachment and de-mister mirror, a wall-hung toilet, a bidet handheld hose, and a heated towel rail. All bills are included, saving you around £300 pcm. The house is situated within a secure, gated property featuring a code-operated side gate and manually lockable driveway gate. The main entrance is accessed through the front garden with a large round fountain, as are the hallways and stairs. We are looking for a female, however, in certain circumstances, we would accept a couple for an additional £20 per week.
