Due to local noise ordinances and respect for neighbors, noise levels for any events must be low after 8 pm, with a strict rule of 10 pm. As this is a historical building, some doors may have stiff hinges or locks. The small cottage on the premises is not included in the listing, and occasionally, the caretaker or owner may need to access it. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out incur a charge of £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted. Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee, with a minimum charge of £150. Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Parties and events must be pre-approved. No pets are allowed, and smoking/vaping is not permitted.
