The fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic 4-burner hob, fridge/freezer, built-in microwave, washing machine, wine fridge and an extensive breakfast bar.
The master bedroom can be configured with 3' single beds or a 6' zip-and-link bed and has an en-suite shower room with a Juliet balcony overlooking the rear garden. The second double bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath and a king-size bed.
One dedicated parking space is available at the front of the property, with further on-street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Duvets, linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
No smoking, pets or events are allowed. Out-of-hours arrivals can be arranged if requested before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
The upmarket coastal village of Westbourne offers a thriving shopping district with independent boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bistro pubs. Quiet strolls through the chines lead down to the sandy beaches, passing clifftop green spaces such as Argyll Gardens and Alum Chine with its quaint suspension bridge.
