Stokewood Boutique House is a friendly, creative shared home where individuality is celebrated and laughter is encouraged. Two friendly professionals live here with two miniature dachshunds: one works in events and entertainment, the other is a keen rugby and sports enthusiast. The house is full of personality, with a love of festivals, cabaret, rugby, good company and the occasional bit of glorious chaos.

Three individually styled, furnished double rooms are available. The Star Suite is the largest, with space for a sleeping area and a lounge or relaxation space, on the second floor sharing a modern bathroom with one other bedroom. The Moon Room is another spacious furnished double on the second floor, sharing the same bathroom. The Forest Room is a smaller double with a traditional feel and an antique fireplace, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, chair and clothes rail, on the first floor sharing a separate bathroom with the family room.

We are looking for open-minded people with a creative spark, a sense of humour and some individuality. You do not need to be an extrovert, just be yourself and respect others. The house is within walking distance of Arts University Bournemouth and about 15 minutes' walk from Bournemouth town centre. Residents share a kitchen and a garden. All bills and Wi-Fi are included, and free on-street parking is available. Optional laundry and other services may be available by arrangement.
