Built with sustainability in mind, the hut features sustainably sourced wood and eco-friendly Farrow & Ball paints. The preloved kitchen includes a butler's sink, dining table, and vintage church chairs.

The stylish and luxurious bathroom has a Swadling Invincible Shower, a marble sink bowl with brass taps, and Ted Baker Paradise tiles.

Relax on the plush bench seat overlooking the patio, where the soft sound of a fountain enhances the tranquil atmosphere, or catch your favorite shows on the smart TV.

Conveniently located, the beach, train station, and Asda are less than a 15-minute walk away. The town center is just a 10-minute bus ride or a 25-minute stroll along the seafront or Christchurch Road.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas oven, fridge freezer, and a large butler sink. Free on-street parking is available, and you'll have access to the washing machine and dryer in the main house.

This is for temporary winter accommodation, and we are looking for someone who has an alternative permanent address.
