The flat is in a great location, with a 10-minute walk through beautiful gardens to the beach. The room is unfurnished, although a 45-inch flat-screen TV can be included if wanted. The flat features a private bathroom with modern plumbing, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a massive fridge/freezer, self-cleaning oven, and air fryer. There is a shared living room and a balcony overlooking the garden. Enjoy a 10-minute walk through the gardens to the beach. A 45-inch flat-screen TV is available if required. All other facilities are shared. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, friendly and down to earth, and who is working/professional. The current flatmate is clean and tidy, friendly and professional, and occasionally has a very well-behaved, well-trained and loving dog. This would suit someone looking for a relaxed, comfortable home rather than simply a room to rent. Happy to share the living space and make the flat feel like a home.
