The shared kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, double oven, and essential appliances. The shared bathroom includes an electric shower and a bath. All rooms are well-sized and modern, though storage may be limited in the kitchen. I work from home, have specific needs due to autism and ADHD, and look for a lodger who respects my living space and my indoor cat. Most bills are included, and the ideal lodger is at least 25 years old; no parties allowed.
