A washing machine and dryer are conveniently located under the stairs. Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed, wardrobe, and plenty of storage. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, hanging space, and additional storage. The contemporary bathroom features a modern walk-in shower, toilet, and basin.
A travel cot is available on request for an additional fee of £15, and a high chair is available on request for an additional fee of £10. Paid parking is available on surrounding roads, approximately 50m from the house.
The second floor boasts a bright and versatile workspace and lounge with sweeping city and sea views. A large desk, monitor, and ergonomic chair provide an excellent set-up for remote working.
Please be mindful that the original Victorian stairs connecting the floors are a little steep. Check-in is available after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed.
This home is ideal for families or professionals, just a short walk from the beach and vibrant city centre.
