The space offers a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa bed, with fresh bed linen and additional bedding supplied for the sofa bed. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, mirror, toilet, bath towels, hand towels, and a bath mat.
One free parking space is available in the driveway for a hatchback-size car; additional vehicles must park over the driveway. An EV charger is available upon request for a charge. A travel cot or high chair can be provided for a fee of £50.00 upon request.

Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Late check-out is subject to a fee of £50+VAT per half hour unless agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe will incur a £200+VAT fee. Exterior security cameras are on the property, including a CCTV doorbell that will always be active. Check-in is from 4 pm, with instructions sent via email and SMS at 3 pm on the arrival day. Check-out is by 11 am. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
