Free off-street parking for two cars is available directly outside the property, with additional free street parking nearby. A travel cot is available on request for £15 and a high chair for £10, payable before arrival. Guests should bring their own cot bedding, as linen is not provided for the travel cot.
Please respect the neighbours and the peaceful nature of the area. Parties and events are not permitted, and noise should be kept considerate, particularly in the evening and overnight. Pets are not permitted, except assistance or support animals. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior permission and may incur a £30 charge. Guest verification via Truvi is required, involving a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. External cameras cover the front door and driveway. Please do not remove or unplug the emergency lights, and lift the handle before turning the lock on exterior doors to engage the bolts.
Set in a peaceful residential area close to local shops, cafés and restaurants, the home is a great base for exploring Brighton, the coast and the South Downs. A bus stop is a one-minute walk away, and Preston Park Station is approximately 1.3 km away, with regular trains to Brighton and London. Nearby are Patcham village, Stanmer Park and easy access to the A23.
