For families with young children, a travel cot with mattress, high chair, and baby bath are supplied. Parking can be challenging across the city and it is recommended this is booked in advance where possible. Brighton Station has some of the best-priced parking in the central area. The nearest car park to the property is Trafalgar Street Car Park, approximately a 5-minute walk away.
The apartment is well-suited for remote work, offering a comfortable living space and reliable amenities.
Please remove your shoes when inside the property. No smoking, parties, events, or additional guests are allowed. Strictly no pets are allowed within the property. Located in the heart of the North Laine, you are subject to the noise and hubbub of a brilliant city centre location. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum £150 fine. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance, there will be a minimum charge of £75. If keys are lost, stolen, missing, or not returned to the correct location, guests will be charged for the replacement and/or to change the locks if deemed required. If there are any signs of a pet having stayed at the property internally or externally, you may be liable for additional charges. Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10:00pm. Late checkouts will incur a fee of £20 per hour unless agreed in advance.
We require a copy of ID from each guest aged 18 & over prior to arrival for security and insurance purposes. This is held in line with GDPR regulations, and deleted 10 days after your stay.
