The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with plenty of cookware, crockery, glassware, and cutlery for larger groups. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided. The comfortable living area features sofas and a Smart TV, with free Wi-Fi allowing you to stream your favorite shows through Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming services using your own accounts. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, and fresh bed linen are provided for all beds.

Private driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, with additional free on-street parking nearby. This property is pet-friendly with a £95 pet fee per stay. A late check-out fee of £50+VAT per half hour applies unless agreed upon in advance. There is a £200+VAT fee for not returning keys to the key safe.

The property offers free Wi-Fi, allowing you to stream your favorite shows through Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming services using your own accounts.

Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Smoking of any kind, or vaping, is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Check-in is from 4 pm, with instructions sent via email and SMS at 3 pm on the arrival day. Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Guests are asked to wash up used dishes, bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins, return keys to the key safe, switch off lights, close all windows, and turn down the heating before departure.

Located just moments from Saltdean's spectacular coastline, guests are perfectly placed to discover the dramatic white chalk cliffs of Telscombe Cliffs, scenic coastal walks, and beautiful beaches. Brighton city centre is only a short drive away. Telscombe Cliffs, Saltdean Beach, Saltdean Lido, and Undercliff Walk are all 5 minutes away, while Brighton Palace Pier and Seven Sisters Country Park are 20 minutes away.
