The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, washing machine, dryer, microwave, and fridge freezer, all set in a traditional cottage theme. Complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper are provided.

Parking for one car is included directly outside the front door, suitable for a small car under 3 meters. Larger vehicles, vans, or additional cars are not permitted on-site; nearby street and local car park options are available. This property is pet-friendly, with an additional £95 hypoallergenic cleaning fee per stay. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed unless prior permission has been granted.

Includes an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer for guests to use.

This accommodation has stairs within the property leading up to upper levels and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+vat per half hour unless agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe will incur a £200+vat fee. Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age.
