The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, sink, illuminated mirror with a shaver socket, and a separate outdoor toilet. Bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats are provided.
A travel cot or high chair is available for a fee of £50.00 upon request.

Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Not returning keys to the key safe will result in a £200 fee. The lead guest must be 21 years of age or older. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.
