The living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV with free Wi-Fi for streaming your favorite programs, and a sofa that converts into a sofa bed. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath, sink, mirror, and toilet. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, and fresh bed linen are provided for all beds.

Optional extras are available, including early check-in and cot hire. A late check-out fee of £50+VAT per half hour applies unless agreed upon in advance. There is a £200+VAT fee for not returning keys to the key safe.

The living area offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV with free Wi-Fi, allowing you to stream your favorite Netflix or Prime programmes (just log in with your own details).

As this is a vibrant city centre location, some street noise can be heard, particularly during weekends, bank holidays, and peak holiday periods. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors; please smoke on the street or patio area if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
An iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are provided for guests' use.

Perfectly positioned just moments from North Laine, Brighton Beach, and the iconic Brighton Palace Pier, you'll be surrounded by independent cafés, restaurants, pubs, shopping, and entertainment. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it an ideal location for a seaside break, shopping trip, or to experience the vibrant nightlife. The apartment is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Brighton Station.
