Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+vat per half hour unless agreed upon in advance, and a £200+vat fee applies for not returning keys to the key safe.

Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Check-in is from 4 pm, with instructions sent via email and SMS at 3 pm on the arrival day. Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Before leaving, guests are asked to wash dishes, bag rubbish, return keys to the key safe, switch off lights, close windows, and turn down the heating. The lead guest must be 21 or over. If any guidelines are not followed, deductions may be made from the deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages.
