This property sleeps up to 6 guests and features underfloor heating in the lounge with thermostats in each bedroom for extra comfort. Please note, this accommodation has 5 steep stairs upon entry and is not suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and ample cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery for easy home-cooked meals. Complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper are provided. The dining table seats up to 6 guests. The sociable and light living room is set up with a Smart TV and two sofa beds. Each bedroom comes with a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats are provided.
A separate outdoor laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, offering space to store bikes or luggage. Guests can enjoy a private outdoor area with garden furniture. Private off-street parking is available for 1 vehicle. A travel cot or high chair is available upon request for a fee of £50.00.
Each room comes with a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi—just log in with your own Netflix or Prime account.
Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+VAT per half hour unless agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe will incur a £200+VAT fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.
