Tea, coffee, biscuits, and milk are provided upon arrival, along with hotel-style toiletries.
Free private off-street parking is available for one vehicle, marked M, and can accommodate longer vehicles such as vans or camper vans. A travel cot is available on request for £15 and a high chair for £10, payable at the time of booking. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome per stay for a charge of £20 per pet.
Designed for both relaxing and working, the apartment offers two dedicated workspaces and strong WiFi throughout the property, making it ideal for remote work, streaming, or staying connected.
Check-in is available after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets may result in an additional charge. This is a non-smoking property. Guests may be required to complete an online verification process which includes providing a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card, with the option of a refundable GBP 500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Ideally located close to Brighton city centre, this apartment is around one mile from Brighton Station and within easy reach of the city's shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions, including the famous seafront.
