Each apartment features a comfortable living area with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, cutlery, and washing machines, and bathroom facilities. The third-floor apartment includes a family bathroom with a bath and shower, while the fourth-floor apartment has an en-suite shower room and a separate family bathroom. Fresh linen, towels, tea, coffee, and complimentary toiletries are provided.
Parking may be available by prior arrangement for an additional charge of £20 per calendar day. Due to the property's central location, availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please enquire before booking if parking is important for your stay.
Both apartments are located on the upper floors of the building and are accessed via stairs only, making the property potentially unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Parties, stag dos, and hen parties are not permitted. The lead guest must be aged 25 or over. Bicycles are not permitted in or outside the building at any time due to fire safety regulations and insurance. Guests are asked to take their shoes off when inside the property. No loud music is permitted after 10 pm. A charge of £100 applies for lost or unreturned keys, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged for regaining access. A £100 charge will be applied if the property smells of smoke, or if there is evidence of tampering with or removing smoke alarms, as well as smoking, vaping, using candles, or incense burning. Unless agreed in advance, a late check-out will incur a fee of £20 per hour. When departing, guests should turn the thermostat down to 8 degrees, turn off lights, and ensure all windows and doors are secure.

The neighborhood is highly walkable, allowing you to explore Brighton on foot, with Brighton Palace Pier, the Royal Pavilion, and the Sea Life Centre all within easy walking distance.
