Garden furniture is provided for enjoying the outdoor space, and there is a private driveway and additional free on-street parking. A late check-out fee of £50+vat per half hour applies unless agreed upon in advance. There is a £200+vat fee for not returning keys to the key safe.
The stylish TV room, complete with a large sofa bed and Smart TV, makes streaming your favourite shows a breeze. The separate TV room is equipped with a Smart TV (log in to your Netflix or Amazon Prime).
This accommodation may have stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This property is not pet-friendly. Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age.
