This property is pet-friendly, with a £95 pet fee per stay for a maximum of 1 small dog. Early check-in and cot hire are available as extras.

This accommodation has stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. A £200 fee applies for not returning keys to the key safe. Late check-out fees apply, starting at £50+VAT per half hour, unless agreed upon in advance.
There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use.
