You will share the main bathroom with one other housemate. Our home was completely renovated in March, offering a fresh and modern living space. We are two female professionals, aged 21 and 24, who enjoy a social and active lifestyle, including pub visits, running, and relaxing evenings at home, while also respecting personal space. We are seeking a clean, respectful, and friendly female housemate aged 21-28 who is a professional. Rent is £825 per month with a £950 deposit; council tax and utilities are excluded. The minimum stay is 6 months. No couples, smokers, or pets, please.
