We are Zoë, Fran and Maddie, and we are looking for a new housemate to join our fully furnished four-person, top-floor flat in Clifton village. The flat is within walking distance of the city centre, harbourside, and the downs. We are professional females aged 28 and would like the room to be taken by a professional female of similar age who is office-based. Our current flatmate is moving out as she is buying her own place, but as a flat, we all get on really well. We enjoy popping out to one of the many pubs in Clifton, chilling over a TV series or film, going for a walk and explore, and the occasional boogie on a night out. We like doing things as a house and have become good friends since living together, but also have our own things going on too, so ideally, we'd be looking for someone who'd like to be involved. The flat consists of a cosy living room with a corner sofa, TV, and dining table/chairs, a kitchen with all utensils, cutlery, plates etc. included, a bathroom with a bath/shower, and the added bonus of a spare room/office. The room available has a standard double bed and in addition to the furniture shown in the photos, you also get a wardrobe and additional storage in the flat. The room is available from 17th October. Please note the price may be going up as we are waiting to hear back from our estate agent on this.
