A room is available in a shared flat, as a current flatmate is moving out. The flat is located near Whiteladies Road, a 5-minute walk from Clifton Down train station and close to supermarkets. It is also a 5-minute walk to the downs and about a 25-minute walk to the city centre.
The flat has a private garden with outdoor furniture. The shared living area is fully furnished with sofas, a dining table, and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven/hob, air fryer, fridge freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
The available bedroom comes partly furnished with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers, clothes rail, and bedside table. You would share the main bathroom with one of the current flatmates.
The current flatmates are two males, aged 26 and 28, who work full-time and are partly WFH. They are laid back, enjoy watching TV/football, playing board games, and chilling with their partners. They play hockey regularly and aim to keep the kitchen and living room clean and tidy.
They are looking for a full/part-time professional, ideally of a similar age with similar interests, who is not a student, a smoker, or has pets. Couples are not accepted.
Bills (including council tax) are approximately £190 per person per month, covering Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity, and council tax. The deposit is £0.00.
