They are looking for a new housemate aged 30-65, who is a professional, clean, and tidy, and will treat housemates and the home with respect. The ideal tenant works full-time and is away from the house during typical working hours, as the current resident works from home and noise can be an issue. General cleaning is a shared responsibility. The house features a sofa bed in the front room, and guests are welcome occasionally. Bills, including Council Tax, are included with a fair usage policy. High-speed WiFi (500mbps fibre) and Virgin TV with various sports and movie packages are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, pressure cooker, washing machine, and indoor drying rack/outdoor clothes line. A BBQ is available in the garden.
