This house share is available for a short-term let from September 19th to December 20th. The home features three rooms in total, with two current female housemates, both 24-year-old professionals. We are looking for a new housemate who is sociable but also enjoys independent downtime. The household is non-smoking and pet-free, and we are seeking a professional, not a student. Couples are not suitable. The deposit is £750, and bills are not included in the rent. We enjoy occasional dinners or pub trips together but also respect personal space.
