There is also plenty of permit parking available for a reasonable price, along with storage for bikes. The flat also has a really homely vibe, and we all look after it/ keep it clean and tidy. The tenancy agreement would be a joint tenancy between all three of us, and we would sign for a minimum 6 months, with the option for this to be extended or go rolling.
